CLIENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

Initial Consultation
A free 30-minute online consultation may be offered to discuss your needs. Therapy will not be provided during this session.

Booking & Payment

​

  • Online Sessions: A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required at booking. The full balance is due 48 hours before the session.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

​

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Notify me at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Refunds are not available for attended sessions or cancellations outside these terms.

Confidentiality


Your information will remain private unless:

​

  1. Required by law.

  2. There is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

  3. You consent to sharing.

Medical Conditions


Inform me of any medical or psychological conditions. Therapy may require prior approval from your healthcare provider.

Session Standards


Please arrive on time and ensure a safe, distraction-free environment for sessions. Do not attend under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Outcome Disclaimer


Therapy outcomes are not guaranteed, but I will use my professional skills to support your goals.

Age Restrictions
Clients must be 18 or older. Those under 18 must have a parent or guardian present.

​

Payments
Accepted methods include credit/debit cards. Other payment methods can be discussed as instalment payments.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
