FAQs
1. What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful, science-backed approach that combines the best of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and cognitive behavioral techniques. It helps identify and resolve the root causes of issues, often in just one to three sessions.

2. How does RTT work?

RTT works by accessing the subconscious mind through a relaxed state of hypnosis. This allows us to uncover and reframe limiting beliefs, freeing you to create positive change in your life.

3. What happens during a Transformation RTT Session?

Your session includes a discovery call, a personalized intake consultation, the RTT session itself (90-120 minutes), and follow-up support. You’ll also receive a custom hypnotherapy recording to reinforce your progress.

4. Is RTT safe?

Yes, RTT is a safe and effective method for exploring and overcoming challenges. Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focus where you remain in control at all times.

5. Do I need to prepare for my RTT session?

Before your session, you’ll receive an Onboarding Pack with essential information to help you get the most out of your experience. It’s important to approach the session with an open mind and a willingness to explore your inner world.

6. What issues can RTT help with?

RTT is versatile and can address a wide range of challenges, including:
-
Depression and anxiety
-
Confidence and self-esteem
-
Phobias and fears

7. How many sessions will I need?

Many clients experience significant results in just one session. However, additional sessions may be recommended depending on the complexity of the issue or your personal goals.

8. What is the personalised hypnotherapy recording?

This is a custom 15–20 minute audio designed to reinforce the new beliefs and positive changes achieved during your session. Listening daily for at least 21 days helps solidify these transformations.

9. What happens after the RTT session?

You’ll have three follow-up check-ins (days 7, 14, and 21) to track your progress and provide extra support. During these check-ins, I may use techniques like EFT, NLP, or guided meditations to help you stay on track.

10. Is RTT suitable for everyone?

RTT is suitable for most people over 18 years old. However, it’s not recommended for individuals with epilepsy or certain psychiatric conditions, such as psychosis. If you’re currently under medical care, I may require written approval from your doctor.

11. Can I stop a session if I feel uncomfortable?

Absolutely. You are in complete control during every session. If you feel uncomfortable at any point, you can pause or stop the session.

12. What if I don’t see results?

While RTT is highly effective, results depend on your commitment to the process, including listening to your personalised recording daily. Remember, change is a journey, and additional sessions or support may sometimes be necessary.
